Students at Magee High School paid their last respect to the Tiger Wednesday, August 29, 2018 before school.
Monday, the students wore camouflage to scout out the Tiger and capture him!
After a successful hunt, Wednesday, the Tiger was laid to rest. A funeral possession was held before class! The parade route included both buildings where the students were able to view as the funeral possession proceeded in the hall.
Rivalry week is fun and a long tradition that dates back many years. Not only do students have fun during Magee/Mendenhall week but adults between the two schools have fun with the rivalry as well.
The game is scheduled for Thursday, August 30, 2018, at Trojan Field. Game time is 7:00 pm. Gates open at 5:30.
Come enjoy the Simpson County Superbowl. This will the 95th time the two teams have met to play. Hope to see you there.
