Larry D Roberts, 73, of Magee, passed from this life Saturday, July 18, 2015, at Magee General Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. Bro. John Adcock and Bro. Gary Roberts will officiate. Burial will be in Magee City Cemetery. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements, (601)849-5031.
He was a loving father and husband to his family. He also loved fishing and Ole Miss Football. He was a faithful member and servant of Eastside Baptist Church. He treasured his time with family and friends reminiscing about his football playing days at Magee High School.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, from 8:30am until 3:00pm at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. He is survived by a daughter, Chanda Roberts, of Magee, and Phoebe his dog; and a host of nieces and nephews.
