Kenny Dale Neely, 65, passed from this life on August 8, 2016. He was born on July 08, 1951, to the (late) O.V. Neely, Jr., and the (late) Dorothy (Owen) Neely.
Mr. Neely is survived by his son, Rowdy Dale Neely (Angela); daughter, Shannon Flynn (Michael); brother, Randall Owen Neely (Patti); sister, Gale Neely Dougherty (Ray); eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the First United Methodist Church of Harrisville on Monday, August 15 at 4:00 p.m. with a memorial service following at 5:30 p.m.
