Keely Kate McKenney was crowned the 2024 World’s Our Little Miss Preteen. Her prize package included a $1,000 Cash Scholarship +PLUS+ (the amounts depend on how much you do throughout the year so the minimum is 1,000. It goes up from there.) Private Royalty Hotel Room at next year’s World Official Finals, Rhinestone OLM Custom Crown, OLM Velvet Robe (1 year use), Monogrammed Satin-Lined Banner, OLM Custom Trophy, OLM Rhinestone Scepter, Travel Opportunities, Media Appearances, Parties, Etc.

The competition was at the Hyatt Regency located in Houston, Texas July 8-14th.
Keely Kate competed in Talent, Interview, Sportswear, Evening gown, Team OLM, and on stage question.

McKenney competed in an optional Pro-Am Category which was judged by a different panel of judges. She won 1st place in every outfit with a perfect score, and was the sweepstakes winner for ages 10-12. She modeled high fashion, western wear, character costume, under the sea wear, suede/leather wear, and team wear. She won a $125 cash scholarship, sash, and trophy. There were 16 delegates representing MS throughout all age groups, but she was the only one that was able to pull out the win to bring the crown back to MS! She competed against delegates from all around the US & the Cayman Islands.
McKenney won the title of MS Our Little Miss Preteen back in April, and that was her first time ever competing in the Our Little Miss Organization. You are required to go to World once you win that title, so that’s what put her competing in Houston. It was actually her first big pageant ever and her first time to ever compete with her talent. So then going to compete at world and winning there was a huge surprise and her and her family were thrilled! She worked really hard & everyone is so proud of her! She has to be devoted to this organization for 1 year, and will be rewarded her winning scholarship after all her queen requirements are met.
McKenney was awarded 1st place in Headshot, 1st place in practice interview (with a perfect score), and 2nd place in Portfolio. All those were optional categories as well.

Keely Kate is the daughter of Catlin and Lacie McKenney of Mendenhall, MS.
