Johnnie Sue White, 84, of Smith County, Mississippi, passed from her earthly home to her heavenly home on Friday, September 27, 2019, at Miss Care Center. She was born Monday, November 5, 1934.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 1:30 PM until 3:30 PM at the South Shady Grove Church of God in Mize, Mississippi.

Funeral Services will follow at 3:30 PM at South Shady Grove Church of God. The burial will follow in Sharon Presbyterian Cemetery. Bro. Barry Warren and Bro. Gary Roberts will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031

Mrs. Sue was a prayer warrior who diligently prayed over her family and friends Psalms 91 and pled the blood of Jesus over them every morning.  She was also best described as a Proverbs 31 Woman of God. She was a member of South Shady Grove Church of God and also served as a Sunday school teacher for numerous years.  In her earlier years, she enjoyed singing and leading the choir in church.

She was preceded in death by parents, Johnnie and Mary Harvey; Grandchild, Chase White; 5 sisters and 3 brothers.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years Wayne White; children, Belinda Evans and husband Don, Andy White and wife Lynn, Sondra Glenn and husband Johnny, Pennie Sasser and husband Ronnie, Joey White and wife Tammy Ann, Chuck White and wife Janice, Tom White and wife Tammy, David White and wife Michelle; Grandchildren, Christie Ogden and husband Ashley, Ashley Dunn and husband BJ, Judd Evans, Skyler White and wife Lacey, Corey White and wife Haley, Brandie White, Jonathan Glenn and wife Criss, Matthew Glenn and fiancee Christy Robinson, Jacob Mullins and wife Jamie, Luke Mullins and wife Michelle, Whitney Pace and husband Jonathan, Cassidy Berry and husband Wesley, Joseph White and wife Katherine, Landon White and wife Kassidy, Len Street and wife Michelle, Makayla Bavido, Tristan White, Sabrinah White, Colby White, Cassie White, Amber Parmenter and husband Jeff, Chelsea White and fiancee Trey Raffanti III, Chandler White; numerous great- grandchildren; one great-great-child, Sister-in-law, Sue Bulger; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons.
