(August 4, 1944 – May 25, 2016)
Joan Meadows Williams, 71, of Flora, MS died Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at home in Flora, MS. She was born Friday, August 4, 1944 in Jackson, MS.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 27, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee, MS. Burial will follow in Rials Creek Methodist Church Cemetery in Mendenhall, MS. Wilson “Willie” Bishop will officiate. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 26, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee. (601)849-5031.
She is preceded in death by her Parents, Lowell and Earlene Meadows, and great-grandson, Jeremy Brayden.
Survivors include her, Daughters, Donna Lang (Rick), Flora, MS, and Deborah Carlisle, Mendenhall, MS; Brother, Edwin Meadows (Cheryle), Magee, MS; and Sister – Glynda Bassett (Dan), AL; Seven Grandchildren, fifteen Great-grandchildren; and three Nieces and one Nephew.
