Jimmy Walker Brewer, 81 of Mize, passed from this life on Saturday, April 25, 2015, at his home in Mize.
Mr Brewer was born Friday, December 22, 1933, he was the son of the late Albert Brewer and the late Bessie Martin Brewer. He was the husband of the late Zera Jane Brewer.
He was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church.
Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Sunday, April 26, 2015, at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee and 9:00AM till service time at Calvary Presbyterian Church in Mize. Funeral Service will be 10:00AM on Monday April 27, 2015 at Calvary Presbyterian Church in Mize with Bro Joey McLeod, Bro Norman Bagby, Bro Rudy Jackson and Bro Richard Wiman officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery
Surviving are son, Charles Brewer (Debra) of Mize, daughter, Melinda Zimmerman (Tony) of Petal, Grand- children; Stephanie Renee Hall (Wesley), Courtney Laine Craft (Chris), Jonathan Adam Eason (Megan) and Kristin Delaine Shows, Great-grand children: Landon Gage Craft, Mattie Kate Craft, Kason Corley Woods, Jonathan Grant Eason and Emma Grace Shows and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, In-laws and friends
He was preceded by brothers, Author Brewer, Bardwell Brewer, Chester Brewer and J.D. Brewer, sisters, Alice Hodges and Wessie Thornton.
Pallbearers will be: Tim Brewer, David Brewer, Albert Brewer, Billy Joe Brewer, Jimmy Brewer and Jimmy Hall.
