James Deweece “Weeze” Roberts passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021. He was the son of Loyce and Dorothy (Roberts) Slay.
He was the owner of Weeze Choppers in Magee, MS. He was a motorcycle enthusiast who enjoyed the open highway. He loved his family, friends and customers. He was known for his favorite quote, “It ain’t easy being Weeze.’’
He is survived by his wife, Angie (Adcox) Roberts; son, Kevin Middleton; daughters, Christy Clay (Corey), Brook Middleton; sister, Vanessa Williamson (Ray); grandchildren, Waylon Clay, Remington Clay, Christopher Smith, Collins Middleton, Abbi Robinson, Kaylee Hines, Brianna Clay and Mary Katherine Tullos.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Loyce and Dorothy (Roberts) Slay and grandparents, Edward and Virgie Roberts.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021, at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee, MS from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 6, 2021, at Sharon Cemetery in Magee, MS with Bro. Charles King officiating.
Arrangements are entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
