Jack Lee Stewart, 56, of Mize, Mississippi, passed away Monday, July 6, 2020, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He was born Saturday, December 7, 1963.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Stewart; parents, Frank Stewart and Marlene Daly; step-son, Kenny Roth; brothers, Eddie Stewart (Tracy) and Rickey Stewart (Donna).
