By James Davis

The Scriptural passage for today is found in Isaiah 52:7: “How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion, ‘Your God reigns!'” As God’s emissaries, we are charged to proclaim unashamedly His marvelous Word to all the world. It is a holy and ordained mission. Let us never forget that little is much when God is in it. No matter how small we consider our outreach, we have no idea of the lasting influence that will have even after we are no longer of this mortal coil. So, let’s be diligent, faithful, and obedient in carrying out God’s mission to spread the Gospel to the whole world. The Word of God for the people of God; thanks be to God. Amen!

As we go about our day today, let’s be quick to share the love, joy, and kindness with others with whom we come in contact. It’s all part of the mission, our sacred charge, of outreach to help spread the Word of God to all mankind.
Happy Tuesday!
