The Scriptural passage selected for today is found in Psalm 18:32: “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.” The psalmist knew the source of his strength. He enjoyed a personal relationship with God and relied on his Maker to come to his aid without fail. How comforting to know that we, too, have access to that same power and source of strength when we find ourselves weak and in dark and uncertain places. God encourages us to call on Him for deliverance and safe passage. He is our light source. In Him, there is no darkness. He, in fact, dispels it. Rely on God, put your trust in Him, and allow Him to supply all your needs. Amen!
