Hazel Buchanan Knight
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, July 10, 2015 at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Mendenhall for Hazel Buchanan Knight, 63 of Benton, Louisiana who passed away on Sunday July 5, 2015 at the Willis Knighton Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Interment will follow in the Mendenhall City Cemetery.
Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Mendenhall will be in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Knight, a Biloxi, Mississippi native, retired after thirty plus years of service as a registered nurse. She was a member of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe R. Buchanan and Frances Estelle Conn Buchanan; and her husband, Ronald C. Knight.
Survivors include one sister, Judy B. Harding of Benton, Louisiana; one brother, Joseph Floyd Buchanan of Star; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
