Gwendolyn M. Ware, 89, passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at her residence.  She was born on March 13, 1926 to her parents, the late Clifton McAlpin and Seba (Sullivan) McAlpin.

She is survived by her sons, David Ware (Denise), Paul Ware (Charlotte) one daughter, Sheila Ware; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Ms. Ware was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Juden Ware; four brothers and one sister.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 1, at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee from 5:00 – 8:00 pm.   Services are scheduled for Wednesday, September 2,  at Concord Baptist Church in Smith County with an hour of visitation before the service beginning at 11:00 am.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  Bro. Will McNeese and Bro. James Fortenberry will officiate.

Arrangements are entrusted to Tutor Funeral Home
