The Scriptural passage for today has been selected from Luke 6:38: “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” God is generous with His blessings to those who are generous in their giving to others, especially to those of the household of faith. We are forgiven in the same measure as we forgive. Likewise, God gives to us in the same measure as we give to others. Let us always be known as cheerful givers. Amen!
