One of the greatest men I’ve ever known left this earth after 88 years. We built a lot of fences, chased cows, horses, and raised thousands of rabbits together. I could never live up to the man he was. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Conley and Oretus Williams; brothers, George Williams, Gene Williams, Emmett Williams, and Jimmy Williams, and grandchildren Stephanie Williams Barr and Wesley Williams.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Youngblood Williams of Puckett; two sons, Dwight Williams, Sr.  (Betty) and Jerry (Jo), and daughter Wanda Pagart O’ Dowd (Les), all of Puckett; grandchildren, Dwight Williams Jr. (Heather) of Brandon, Brooke Lindgren (Matt) of Port Charles, FL, Brian Williams (Veronica) of Puckett, Kevin Viator (Nicely) of Brandon, Cindy Davis (Jeremy) of Puckett, Jesse Pagart, Jr. (Hailey) of Puckett, Blake Pagart (Jessica) of Puckett, Tyler Pagart (Alyssa) of Puckett, and several great and great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jesse Pagart, Jr., Blake Pagart, Tyler Pagart, Dwight Williams, Jr, Brian Williams, and Patrick Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be Gene Shotts, Monroe Burnham, Charles McWilliams, and.
