“But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you.”
– Matthew 5:44

It is so hard to open our hearts and forgive those who have criticized us. God asks us over and over to love our enemies and forgive them. He wants us to have a humble heart and forgiving nature so that we can be a witness to those around us, especially those who persecute and criticize us.

Ask God to help you forgive those who have hurt you. Ask Him to help you live as Jesus lived – to reach out to others and show them God’s love!
