I’m sure every duck hunter knows about the “final flap.” Michael and Matthew Harrison have named their instagram account Final_Flap. These young guys have over 35.9K followers!!! That’s right, people all over the world are checking out the postings of Michael and Matthew. Began in 2014, the account features pictures and videos of their duck hunts.
Matthew came by to see me during the holidays! He worked with me one summer and became deer to my heart! He will never know what his “pop-in” visit meant to me. He just wanted to tell me, “Merry Christmas.” Of course, I had to know everything about Matthew’s life. He is a pitcher for Meridian Junior College and having an outstanding career. He graduates in May and is unsure where he will play at the next level…but he will play…just a lot of decisions! Matthew explained about his and Michael’s successful instagram business. These guys started posting duck hunts and video…and the rest is history! After seeing their pictures, I realized they had “buying” quality pics. Matthew and I did a little arm twisting and got Michael (who is completing his successful baseball career at Monticello of Arkansas as a pitcher) to film a video for MageeNews.com. I am all about kids reaching their dreams…thinking outside the box…and going for the goal. These entrepreneurs have an interesting and successful business.
The boys describe themselves on instagram as “Followers of Christ-Mississippi/Arkansas waterfowlers-Chasin’ the dream one green at a time”
