Eleanor Grace Myers, 90, of Magee, Mississippi, passed away Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Asbury Hospice House in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She was born Friday, March 28, 1930.
A private family graveside service will be held Monday, August 10, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Goodwater Baptist Church Cemetery in Magee. Bro. Michael Giles will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031
Mrs. Grace Myers was a member of Goodwater Baptist Church. She enjoyed working with children and kept the nursery for almost 25 years. She loved her church family. Mrs. Myers cherished her family and loved working in the yard.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Myers, grandparents, Ferdinand Puckett and Sarah Puckett; great-grandchild, Ryan Warren.
Survivors include her daughters, Wanda Degarmo, Trish Little (Jerry), and Sandra Anderson; sons, Randy Warren (Nelda) and Charlie Warren (Carol); eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sister, Joyce Martin; niece, Vickie Harris (Brian); nephew, Jim Smith (Donna).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Goodwater Baptist Church Cemetery Fund and Mississippi Alzheimer’s Associations home office 225 N. Michigan Ave. Floor 17 Chicago, IL 60601.
