, passed away on June 15, 2022. He was born to Vernon Jessie and Edna Varner Chappell.
He worked at Simpson General Hospital for many years. He was a member of the Pinola Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carol (Norris) Chappell, of sixty-one years; son, Darrell Chappell (Becky), and son, Randy Chappell.
He was preceded in death by his parents and daughters, Becky Chappell and Cindy Chappell Harrison.
A memorial service will follow at a later date.
Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home in Mendenhall, MS.
