15 drug suspects arrested in early-morning raids in Simpson County

Federal, state and local law enforcement officers arrested 15 drug suspects in early-morning raids Tuesday, February 7 in Simpson County, said Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics Director John Dowdy.

Officers executed warrants in D’Lo, Magee and Mendenhall after a year-long investigation into cocaine and methamphetamine sales as well as diversion of prescription drugs. The investigation was code-named Operation D’Lo Meltdown, Director Dowdy said.
