Donna was born on February 1, 1957, in Jackson, MS to Don & Carolyn Callender. She graduated from Rankin Academy in 1974. She and Fred met at Hinds Community College and married on August 31, 1976. Donna spent most of her life being a homemaker and loving mom to her three children. She retired from MDOT after 14 years of service. Donna lived her life full of compassion for others and demonstrated that through her walk with Jesus.
