MageeNews.com’s own Patrice Boykin was selected by the Magee Chamber of Commerce as the Outstanding Citizen for 2023-2024!
I can tell you, Patrice is deserving! She is probably one of the most informed people in our county! She attends Board of Supervisor meetings, Magee Board of Aldermen Meetings, Simpson County School Board meetings, Keep Magee Beautiful meetings, and others I don’t even remember! She is the chairman for Mississippi Scholars and works with several school committees. She and her husband Greg are active members of New Hope Baptist Church. She is mother to Bradley and Alex!
Now, on top of all that stuff, she keeps me straight which isn’t an easy task!
