We will have to play a complete game in all areas.”
Magee, undefeated in season play, welcomes the Lawrence County Cougars to Trojan Field Friday night.
Lawrence County strolled past East Central with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 27-8.
Magee defeated Mendenhall 8-0 in a season repeat.
Magee’s victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Lawrence County, the win also got them back to even at 2-2.
Magee suffered a grim 47-21 defeat to Lawrence County when the teams played in September of 2023.
