MU ALPHA THETA INDUCTEES- Twenty-three Copiah-Lincoln Community College students were inducted into Mu Alpha Theta during spring ceremonies in Rea Auditorium on the college’s Wesson Campus. Inductees from Simpson County included Peyton Neely (left) and Tatiyana Brown. Mu Alpha Theta is the mathematics honor society for high school and two-year college students. The organization of mathematics clubs serves over 112,000 student members in more than 2,300 schools in the United States and 20 foreign countries. Students must have completed College Algebra and have a 3.0 GPA in all two-year college mathematics courses to receive an invitation for membership.
