Class Information:
Classes begin May 1, 2017 and will be held from 6:00 to 10:00, two nights weekly for eighteen weeks at Co-Lin Simpson Center.
Registration is due by April 24, 2017.
Office Hours: M-Th 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., F 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Entrance Requirements:
· Age of at least 18
· Ability to read and write
· High School Graduate/GED equivalent
· Minimum score of 10 on the TABE reading test or 16 on the ACT taken after Oct. 1989 or 12 taken before October 1989
· TB Skin Test
· Physically fit per physical exam by physician
· Hepatitis B vaccination started prior to clinical or ambulance run portion of the class.
· Tuition: $550.00 + Uniform Fee: $25.00 due upon registration
