On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, the Magee Board of Aldermen voted to approve publication of the minimum requirement for the position of police chief. Among other things, the position requires a minimum of five years of experience as a law enforcement officer. Deadline for application is August 15. Full minimum requirements can be seen below, and applicants can visit the city’s website to apply.
