Christine Foster Coleman
(November 20, 1925 – March 14, 2017)

Christine Foster Coleman 91 of Mendenhall passed from this life on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Bedford Care Center of Mendenhall. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall. Bro. David Jager will officiate. Burial will be in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements, (601)847-4401.
Mrs. Coleman was an Eastern Star of Mendenhall and volunteer at Bedford Care Nursing home. She was a member of Ruth Sunday Class at Macedonia and a member of super seniors at Macedonia.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall.

Mrs. Coleman is survived by her Son – Randall Coleman (Becky) of Mendenhall; Daughter – Patricia Cummings (Tom) of Brandon; Sister – Frances Crawford of Jackson; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Mrs. Coleman is preceded in death by her First husband – Travis Bass; Second husband William Coleman; Parents, Frank and Lula Foster Brothers – Charlie Foster, Woodrow Foster, and James Foster; Sisters – Pauline Boggan and Margie Maddox.
