The Scriptural passage chosen for today is found in Romans 5:8: “God demonstrates His own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” The BIBLE tells us that no greater love can anyone exhibit than that of laying down his life for a friend. We believers know that Christ gave His life for all so that we might experience everlasting life. He died for our sins and was the blood sacrifice required. It was not in exchange for anything we might do or have done. No, God knew of the great need and sent His only begotten Son to atone for us. No greater love, indeed! Amen!
