Camp is over, practice continues, and these ladies are ready to show all their hard work and efforts during pep rallies and on Friday nights cheering for the Trojans.
These ladies have done an excellent job leading up to beginning of school. They were chosen during camp to attend and be part of the Citrus Bowl celebrations during December in Orlando, Florida. As of now the team plans to attend. Fund raising will be going on. Help these girls to make it to Orlando.
The squad is under the advisement of new Cheer Coach Bailee Willaims.
Magee has several competitions they will participate in. First meet will be on October 16th at the MS State Fair. Second meet will be State Competition at the Jackson Coliseum December 16th. Lastly, the team will then head for Orlando to be part of the Citrus Bowl during Christmas Break.
A lot of work and time goes in to be a cheerleader. They do not work on just Friday nights but hours during the week preparing for competitions, rehearsing pep rallies, and just learning new dance routines. Even if these girls are tired they still show spirit and have a smiling face!
Kadin Adcox serves as Captain for the squad.
