Carolyn J. Driskill, 78 of Polkville, MS passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025 at her residence in Polkville, MS. She was born Wednesday, February 26, 1947 in Magee, MS.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 26, 2025 from 5:00 pm until at Oak Grove Church of God in Polkville, MS. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 10:00 am at Oak Grove Church of God in Polkville, MS. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Church of God Cemetery. Bro. Robert Gatewood and Bro. Jesse Vance will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031

Mrs. Carolyn loved to be outside. She enjoyed gardening, and tending to her flowers. She loved to fish and find deals at rummage sales. She loved her family dearly. She loved God and was a faithful member of Oak Grove Church of God. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Barney Patterson; mother, Minnie Ainsworth Patterson; brothers, Junior Patterson and Allen Patterson; sister, Edith Bishop.

Survivors include her husband, Bobby Driskill; sons, Brian Driskill, Mark Driskill and wife Melissa; grandchildren, Matthew Driskill and Cody Driskill; sisters, Nell Archer and Vera Tullos; and host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Brian Driskill, Mark Driskill, Matthew Driskill, Frank Craft, Chum Whitehead, BJ Wallace, and Bradley Wallace.
