Carl Randell Mobbs, 66 of Magee, MS passed away Sunday, July 31, 2022 at the Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. He was born Tuesday, January 24, 1956 in Taylorsville, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in 302 8th Ave SW, Magee, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 04, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee, Mississippi. Burial will follow in Womack Cemetery in Magee, Mississippi. Bro. Darrell Mobbs will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031

He was preceded in death by his parents, W.L.  Mobbs and  Eulyne  Creel  Mobbs;  brothers, Harold  Mobbs, Bobby  Mobbs, and Dale Mobbs;  sisters, Dean McCrary, Ann  Stark, and Judy  Steward.

Survivors include his wife, Doris Mobbs of Magee;  two daughters, Ashley Mobbs of Magee and Madyson Mobbs of Magee; two grandchildren, Kaydence  Ferguson  of Magee and Macey  Ferguson  of Magee;  brothers, Gerald  Mobbs  (Trish ) of Hillsboro, MS and Ray  Mobbs (Charlotte) of Montrose, MS;  sister, Pent  McCrary  of Magee, MS; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Ray Mobbs, David Mobbs, Ken Warren, Jacob Holleman, Elijah Welch, and Timothy Hosey.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Mobbs, James Walters, C.J. Jones, Zack Ferguson, and John Ferguson.
