The candlelight vigil originally scheduled for Tuesday night in support of the family of Jacob Allan has been changed to Wednesday night at 7:00 PM at the Magee
Fire Station. Supporters are encouraged to bring candles and donations. The “helmet” will be passed for donations during the service.
Visitation for Jacob Allan is Tuesday from 4-8 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee. The funeral is at 10 AM on Wednesday morning at Corinth Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Jacob was accidentally killed Saturday morning outside his grandparent’s home when a gun slipped hitting the ground and discharging.
Jacob is the son of Philip and Jean Allan of Magee and a 7th grader at Magee Middle School.
