Sean Patrick Sharp is still on the run. He stole another car in the Mendenhall area. The man hunt has been called off because law enforcement feels Sharp has left the area.
At approximately 8:30 Wednesday morning, a routine stop by the Mississippi Highway Patrol took place on the ramp on highway 13 in Mendenhall. The F 150 truck was driven by a white male wearing gray shirt and bluejeans. The driver stole the MPH car and headed north on 49 where he turned onto Campbell Creek Road. The individual ditched the MHP car and is now in a antique camouflage jeep. The individual is considered armed and dangerous. According to sources the individual is now believed to be on foot. Individual is considered armed and dangerous. Police are canvasing the area of Simpson General Hospital and Shell Station!
