graduatesThe State’s CPM program, administered under the Mississippi State Personnel Board, serves as a training system for state employees that develops professional competency in the field of public management. Four BRC employees were recently awarded with various certificates. Pictured: Steven Allengraduates2, Director of Boswell Regional Center; Teresa Hinsz, Administrative Services Certification Program (ASCP); Janice Cockrell, Certified Supervisory Manager; Lacey Bourn, Administrative Services Certification Program (ASCP); and Cindy Womack, Assistant Director of Boswell Regional Center. Beth Luper is pictured separately on the right. She completed the Certified Public Manager program. Mr. Allen has always been supportive in developing and enhancing employees. His emphasis on training will enhance the quality of staff employed at Boswell.
