Press Release from Boswell Regional Center

Boswell Regional Center continues to follow CDC and MSDH guidelines for employees and the people we serve. BRC is conducting screenings, which include temperature checks, prior to employees entering work areas. Out of 432 employees on the campus of BRC, we have had five test positive for COVID-19 and are quarantined at their home. Clients are regularly screened for symptoms and the campus has established isolation areas if a client tests positive. As of today, no person served on Boswell’s campus has tested positive due to the efforts of our employees and the grace of God. BRC continues to communicate with employees if someone tests positive in their work area. In addition, BRC began limiting visitation as the first signs of COVID-19 began appearing in the state, and will continue to do so in order to protect the health of the people served.
