Billy Ray Johnson, 56, of Mount Olive, passed from this life at his home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. Shane Rogers will officiate. Burial will be in Waco-Fairmont Cemetery. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements, (601)849-5031.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his: wife, Anita Johnson of Mount Olive; son, Nick Johnson (Billie) of Hattiesburg; daughter ,Haleigh Anderson (Justin) of Mize; grandchildren, Rachel Douglas of Hattiesburg, Micah Douglas of Hattiesburg, Abbi Johnson of Hattiesburg, and Adeline Anderson of Mize.
Mr. Johnson is preceded in death by his parents B.J. Johnson, and Mary Nell Johnson; daughter, Shelby Johnson; sister, Deborah Slawson.
Pallbearers will be Scott Strickland, Gene Fields, Arnel Brown, Ernest Peterson, Wayne Lee, Chuck Fitzhugh, Kelly Hamil and Mike Styron
