Betty Jo was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.  She was a hard worker, working at Prentiss Walker Grocery Store and later she worked for Econotax until she retired.

She loved to read and people were continuously bringing her books because she could read so fast.  She greatly enjoyed her family.  When her large family would come to visit and enjoy her delicious meals, she would tease her son about how many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren she had.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Jackson (Monk) Sullivan, Jr.; parents, Clyde and Earnest Mae King; one daughter, Pamela Doris Sullivan; one grandson, Frank David Sullivan; one great-grandson, Rickey Huffman, Jr.; two brothers,  Billy Wayne King and John L. King.

Survivors include one son, Paul Max Sullivan and wife Kim, of Mize; five grandchildren, Teresa Jo Sullivan-Stewart (Jack), of Mize, Jennifer Sullivan (Sierra), of Mize, Paul Brian Sullivan (Doris), of Memphis, TN, James Andrew Sullivan (Deanne), Baton Rouge, LA, Laura Katherine Sullivan (Michael), of Mt. Olive; ten great-grandchildren, Jason Howie (June), of Olive Branch, Martini Bryeans (Jacob), of Memphis, TN, Jasmine Roth of Memphis, TN, Kenneth Roth (Amanda) of Southaven, Tiffany Bass (Craig), of Hernando, Corey Huffman (Candace), of Corinth, MaKaylah Sullivan of Memphis, TN, MaKenzie Sullivan of Memphis, TN, Tara Sullivan of Baton Rouge, LA, and Breanna Sullivan of Baton Rouge, LA;  twelve great-great-grandchildren, Gavin Howie of Olive Branch,  Audrey Johnson of Mize, Ava Johnson of Mize, Aurianna Johnson of Mize, Noah Roth of Southaven, Sophie Roth of Southaven, Alaina Huffman of Mize, Kimberly Huffman of Mize, Olivia Huffman of Hernando, Devin Bell of Arkansas, Kaleb Bass of Hernando, and Blake Bass of Hernando;  one sister, Glenda Nell Hammond of Utica; one sister-in-law, Virginia King of Mize; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Paul Brian Sullivan, James Andrew Sullivan, Jason Howie, Kenneth Roth, Jacob Bryeans, and Corey Huffman. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Hawkins, Ricky King, John David King, William Byrd, and Royce Earl Craft.
