Betty Hall, 83, a resident of Chateau Pines Assisted Living in Brandon, MS, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 2, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on July 5, 1941, to her parents, J.W. Lee and Betty Dillon Lee of Tylertown, MS.
Betty retired from both the UMMC and the VA Hospital in Jackson, having served over 50 years with dedicated service as a Radiation Therapist, working with cancer patients. She was a longtime resident of Tylertown, Pearl, and Braxton, MS, throughout her lifetime, and a loyal member of Corinth Baptist Church. She was loved and respected by all who knew her.

Hall (Tori), Alston Tapley, Sara Tapley, Kloie Hall, Ragen Tapley, Hunter Hall and Lauren Tapley; one great-great-grandchild, Declan Hall along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, G.W. Hall; sister, Sybil Lee Hertenstein; and brother, Bobby Lee.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at Corinth Baptist Church from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with the funeral beginning at 11:00 a.m. Reverend Jay Wesbrooks and Reverend Jeff Walker will officiate the service. Interment will follow in Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family would like to extend our sincere appreciation to St. Joseph Hospice Ministries, especially Kathy Gilmore, Nina Cardenas, and Sharity McGee.
