Ashlynn Walker is the 17 year old daughter of John and Melinda Walker of Magee. She is a Senior at Magee High School. Ashlynn has been a member of the Magee High School Band Color Guard for all four years of High School, serving as Guard Captain her senior year. Ashlynn has received numerous academic awards, as well as other awards such as Director’s Award from Magee High School Band, being selected for the Simpson County Future Leaders, Girl’s State and citizenship. She is a member of the Beta Club, National Honor Society, Bible Club, and FCA.
Ashlynn is a member of Corinth Baptist Church where she is very active in all aspects of the church. She has also been a member of the Mississippi Baptist All-State Youth Choir and Orchestra for four years.
After graduation, Ashlynn plans to attend Hinds Community College and major in Physical Therapy.
