Anthony Sentenced for Conspiracy to Commit Bribery
Sean Hyatt Anthony, 41, of Biloxi, MS was sentenced to probation for conspiracy to commit bribery concerning programs receiving federal funds and honest services wire fraud by United States District Judge Keith Starrett in U.S. District Court in Gulfport today announced United States Attorney Gregory K. Davis.

Anthony, who has been on bond since March 3 2015, was sentenced to serve the first 6 months of probation on house arrest. District Judge Starrett also ordered Anthony pay a fine of $50,000 and entered a forfeiture money judgment in the sum of $349,720.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Internal Revenue Service.
