MULTIPLE SUSPECTS APPREHENDED IN RECENT SHOOTING INVESTIGATIONS
During the early morning hours of Tuesday, October 27, 2026, the Simpson County Sheriff’s Office, in joint coordination with the U.S. Marshals Service, executed multiple arrest warrants throughout Simpson County. These coordinated enforcement actions are directly connected to the recent shooting incidents under investigation within the county.
The operation resulted in the successful apprehension of three individuals:
• Ryan Bostello Durr was taken into custody and charged with felony fleeing.
• Javonte Joulious Williams was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for drive-by shooting.
• Jamarian Ja’leon Devonta Gray was taken into custody late Tuesday night on outstanding warrants for drive-by shooting and an additional misdemeanor warrant.
• Robert James Williams, was taken into custody with felony warrants for 9 counts of Aggravated Assault, Drive-by Shooting, Participating in Gang Activities, Murder, Shooting into a Dwelling House.
This is still an on-going investigation. These suspects are set to go before a Simpson County Justice Court judge for an initial appearance
