Get ready Magee!  The Wyatt House Ministries is opening a thrift store in Magee near Overflow Church.

The business will be located at 101 4th St. SW which is between Overflow Church and Magic Baseball (on the “backside!”).

Teresa Robertson is in charge of the store which will be similar to the Kennedy Springs Mission Store.

I had the opportunity to sit down and talk with Teresa about the store and plans for opening the business.

If everything goes as planned, the store will open Thursday, Friday, & Saturday on the 1st and 3rd weekends of the month.  At this time, Teresa is unsure of the opening date.

“Another Chance” will need donations of fall and winter clothes plus household items.  Teresa will be sending information on how and when to make a donation.

Right now, the group needs prayers!  They are working hard to bring this Magee Mission project to the people of our area.

I hope you will take time to listen to the video giving more information about the mission.

Teresa wants to thank the following people for the assistance given in the advancement of this project.

“We would like to thank Shirley Yelvington and the Kennedy Springs mission center, the Corinth Baptist church brotherhood, Builders for Christ, Carnel Rankin, Danny Welch and everyone else for what they have done and continue to do volunteering their time and labor to get Another Chance mission store ready to open.”
