Gubernatorial candidate Rep. Robert Foster sat down with Zach Holbrook and Sue Honea of MageeNews.com for an interview on everything this election cycle has brought to light. The interview began with Foster discussing the recent criticism he has faced over his decision to request that a female reporter be accompanied by a male colleague while on a day long campaign ride. His decision has been covered nationally on shows from “The Story with Martha MacCallum,” and “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” After discussing the criticism, Mrs. Sue decided to ask Rep. Foster if he’d be ok with us riding around for an “on the road” interview.
After we were under way, Rep. Foster discussed his agenda if elected governor. The ride was great, and the interview was insightful. We appreciate Rep. Foster for allowing us to ride along with him and we wish him the best of luck on the campaign trail.
