Allen Bruce Harris, 56, was born December 29, 1964 in Jackson, Mississippi. Bruce lived most of his life in Harrisville, Mississippi with his parents.

He was a faithful member of Harrisville Baptist Church and Harrisville Loins Club. To know Bruce was to know the love of God. Bruce was known by folks all across this country and never met a stranger because of his sweet nature and ability to walk up to someone and start a conversation. God gave Bruce a loving spirit which was reflected in his ever present smile. A smile that touched so many people when they needed to see the love of Jesus. God called his ambassador home on January 4, 2021 at which time he stepped into glory hearing the words “well done my good and faithful servant.” Bruce then experienced seeing his mother with open arms to welcome him home. Praise God for the life of Allen Bruce Harris. Angels like him are special and he will surely be missed by all who had the privilege to know him. We all learned what unconditional love truly looks like.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Harrisville Baptist Church in Harrisville, Mississippi.
