I imagine you are wondering who is Adam Burken! Well, Adam is a student at Millsaps who works with Perry Parker on a project Perry is developing.
Perry is very interested in building a bridge for entrepreneurs in Mississippi. He is traveling all over the state interviewing people who have started a successful business. Perry shares his interviews on a local pod cast.
Adam came with Perry on Tuesday for an interview with me. (I have no idea why he would want my story…but Perry and I became friends on his campaign trail and he loves MageeNews!). Adam is in charge of filming and editing the interviews. The interview last for about 45 minutes. After editing, the interview is about 15 minutes!
I wondered how Adam and Perry got together. Adam worked on several campaigns in MS and LA and their paths crossed.
Adam is taking advantage of every opportunity presented to him. He is seeing Mississippi, learning video skills, editing skills, and making contacts all over the state! I love seeing a young man aggressively expanding his horizons.
