The rustic home of Stacy and Cemper Scott is a hidden jewel. Barely visible from Highway 13, the Scott home brings mountain life to the city.

I had always wondered what Cemper and Stacy’s home looked like. I was intrigued with the stone light house and boulders that flank the entrance to the home.
Built about 11 years ago, the Scott home is both stately and charming. Stacy is a big hunter which is evident through out the home. I asked Cemper who actually decorated the home. The answer was “she did.”

The house has a warm and inviting feel. Cemper designed the home and her excellent taste is everywhere in the home. From the use of copper to wood to stone, the Scott home is a hunter’s paradise.

The kitchen was designed to entertain. With two islands running parallel and an abundance of seating space, the kitchen is a cooks dream.

I loved the use of copper in the kitchen. In the pictures and video one can see the use of the copper sinks and vent hood.

The Scott’s decorations are gorgeous! Each tree is themed and has history! Every ornament on every tree tells a story.

The house features a mother-in-law suite as well as ample storage and work rooms upstairs.
Enjoy the tour…I know I did.

A special thanks to Peoples Bank for Sponsoring the Christmas Tour of the Scott Home.
