My long time friend Danny Moseley died Monday night surrounded by his family and friends at his home.
I don’t think I ever saw Danny without a smile unless he was loudly cheering for his family and friends! What a wonderful way to remember someone—with a smile.
Danny made a difference in the City of Magee. He and his business partner David Keyes contributed to the growth of our city. Danny and David were visionaries—seeing ways Magee could improve and grow stronger.
What made Danny so special to me was the way he treated my boys. You know, if someone is kind or does something for your child you do not forget. He encouraged them. He took time to make them feel special. There were dark days during this time. Danny was always a shinning light.
I have never seen a man fight so hard to live. He loved life.
His precious family will continue to be in my prayers.
Thank you Danny for recognizing 3 young boys and a single mother who needed encouragement.
