At Goodwater Baptist Church, where we gather to pray,
Brother Ed strikes the chords, and the choir sings “Hooray!”
But without dear Rhonda, we’d be lost in disarray,
She’s the glue that keeps us going, come what may.

Brother JM, the student minister with a lot of flair,
He’s got the young ones laughing, jumping in the air.
His sermons, though, are something of a wild affair,
With jokes and puns, you wonder, “Did he really go there?”

As for Brother Ed, our music minister grand,
He rocks the organ, leads the choir with his magic hand.
But when he misses a note, we can’t help but understand,
His heart’s in the right place, leading the Gospel band.

Together, we’re a trio, quite a curious blend,
With Rhonda in our corner, she’s our truest friend.
She schedules, organizes, plans, and tends,
To all the little details, on her, we depend.

So, being on the ministerial staff is quite a hoot,
With Bro Ed and Bro JM, and Rhonda, our sweet root.
We may stumble and fumble, but we’re resolute,
To spread the word of God, in our Sunday suit.

“Thank you dear saints of Goodwater Baptist Church for your kindness, love, and generosity to your staff at Staff Appreciation. We love you and love serving the Lord at Goodwater.
