Tuesday, September 8, 2026, was a day of celebration on Main Street as Wood Insurance Agency marked the grand re-opening of its office with an official ribbon cutting and a great turnout from the community.
Friends, customers, community leaders and well-wishers gathered to congratulate Cindy Wood and see the agency’s beautiful new location.
And there was certainly plenty to see!
Wood Insurance Agency is now located in a new building at 106 Main Ave. North and the office has been beautifully designed to provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for customers.
One special feature of the new building is a meeting room that will be available for rent. The space can be used for meetings, seminars, group discussions and other gatherings, providing another much-needed option for organizations and individuals looking for a place to meet.
The large turnout for the ribbon cutting was a wonderful show of support for Cindy and Wood Insurance Agency as they begin this new chapter.
The Magee Chamber ribbon cutting is about much more than cutting a ribbon. It is an opportunity to recognize local businesses, celebrate their investment in the community and encourage residents to continue supporting the people who choose to do business right here at home.
