Vickie Ferguson Mason, 48, of Magee, Mississippi, passed away from her earthly home to her heavenly home on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at the University Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. She was born Wednesday, December 13, 1972, in Magee, Mississippi.

Graveside funeral service will be held Sunday, August 1, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Rocky Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Magee, Mississippi. Bro. Thomas Sanders will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031

Mrs. Vickie was a member of Rocky Hill Baptist Church.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend.  She was a graduate of Magee High School.  She enjoyed working with her flowers, cooking, and most of all spending time with her family.  She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, RC Garner and Eva Lee Warren Garner; and Pearl and Margie Thompson Ferguson.

Survivors include her loving husband of twenty-nine years, David Wayne Mason of Magee; five children, Courtney Suzanne Mason, Brandon David Mason, Amber Nicole Mason Varnes and husband, Joshua, Bradly Scott Mason, and Isabelle Grace Mason all of Magee; three grandchildren, Kylee McInnis, Brayden Mason, and Robert David McInnis, all of Magee; father, Terry Ferguson and wife, Barbara, of Magee; mother, Lynda Garner Smith of Magee; one sister, Dana Ferguson York and husband, Jason, of Flowood; her late brother, Terry Scott Ferguson and sister-in-law, Misty Ferguson of Mendenhall; two step-sisters, Sheila Moody and husband, Scott, of Philadelphia, and Donna Sue Craft and husband, Stacy, of Raleigh; and a host of other family members and friends.

Pallbearers will be David Mason, Brandon Mason, Bradly Mason, Josh Varnes, Amber Varnes, and Terry Ferguson.
